Panchassee is a historic pilgrimage path climbing from the level of Lake Fewa to over 2,500m offering excellent views of the Annapurna mountain range. Wonderful trekking paths lead in all directions to the five peaks of this sacred mountain. Panchassee wears a dress of very dense vegetation, extensive forests and orchid trees, blooming rhododendron trees and colorful flowers. One of the pleasures that a trek around Panchassee gives to its visitors is a visit to its tiny lake in the middle of a jungle hidden like a jewel under the Western peak. A female symbol of the 'waters of our being', the lake provides the basis for the motherhood of the mountain. Enjoy a hike along ancient stone stairs pilgrim paths and later along green meadows and numerous yoga symbols for which this mountain is famous. Panchassee is a unique natural experience that offers inspiring views after each turn. Also be prepared for some not to be underestimated passages during the ascent!
