Nada Yoga is the yoga of sound and vibrations which can touch our innermost being deeply through vibrations. Mental, emotional and physical tensions can be released through the harmonious vibrations, bringing us into harmony with our Self, with our soul, and creating a feeling of fulfillment in natural silence and deep relaxation. A harmonising treatment with singing bowls as a massage or sound bath allow us to sense our body as a sound or vibrant body leading us to remarkable inner peace.
Bhakti Yoga is the Yoga of devotion and surrending. Bhakti Yoga helps us to connect with our heart qualities as well as open our heart. This way we can more intensively connected to our emotional world. There are diverse Bhakti Yoga practises. One of them is chanting, the singing of mantras, which is carried out as so-called kirtan. A mantra is a mystical sound syllable that unfolds its power when the mantra is chanted. A meditative repetition of the mantras (with and without instrumental support such as harmonium, tablas, tambura etc.) helps the mind to calm down and the heart to open up. Very activating mantra repetition can be very spurring. Both types of mantra recitation have a positive effect on our inner cells thanks to the uplifting sound vibrations. Above all, emotional tension can be released through the harmonising and uplifting sounds and vibrations. While chanting, we an also perceive our body as a body of sound and vibration, which can lead to deep inner peace.

Come with us on a whole night journey of healing magical sounds and vibrations of yoga. We start with breathing and physical as well as relaxation practices, followed by Kirtan - chanting mantras together with a harmonium and may be additional instrumental support. The sound and vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls as well as gong lead to the subsequent deep relaxation while gently accompanying you through rest or very deep sleep until morning. A highly effective holistic yoga practise that has a very lasting effect and makes us feel deeply at rest with noticeable harmonisation of the mind, emotions, nervous system, skeletal system, cardiovascular system and the entire body system. All the vibrations of the singing bowls and gong travel through you into your innermost being and make all your cells vibrate while the mind is lovingly guided into silence and calm. The whole body and mind experience a very valuable break that has a deeply regenerating effect. Feel deep contentment and connection with yourself; and automatically with the people around you.
During kirtan, Beate and Stefan play the harmonium and drum or guitar. During deep relaxation and sleep at night, Beate and Stefan take turns playing singing bowls, gongs and other deeply relaxing instruments.
Starts approx. 20h30 pm.; ends approx. 9h00 am. on following day. You bring your mat/mattress, yoga/sleeping clothes, pillow and blanket.

Focus: Tibetan singing bowls
A mantra is a mystical sound syllable that unfolds its power while singing the mantra, called "chanting". Chanting mantras is part of Bhakti Yoga, the Yoga of the heart. A meditative repetition of the mantras (with or without musical support by e.g. harmonium, tablas, tambura, etc.) helps to bring the mind to peace and the heart into opening. Very activating repetition of mantras can be very inspiring. Both types of mantras recitation have a positive effect on our inner cells thanks to the uplifting sound vibrations.
Focus: Chanting - Singing mantras
For the sound bath you lie or sit and the singing bowls are being played placed around you. For the sound massage you lie down and the singing bowls are played placed on your clothed body. The vibrations of the sounds affect your subtle energies positively and set the inner body cells into motion and as such into vibration. Forces of self-healing can be activated and divine energies can be set free. A long lasting be-one-feeling experience.
